1. Products & Use

XStrong Power is a manufacturer and seller of EV chargers including:

• EV Scooty Smart & Fast Chargers
• EV Bike Smart & Fast Chargers
• E-Rickshaw Chargers

All products are intended solely for electric vehicle charging. Improper installation or usage may void the warranty and damage the device.

2. Pricing & Orders

Product prices listed on our website are in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned. Prices may change without prior notice. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Payment

We accept secure online payments through authorized payment gateways. We are not responsible for failed or delayed payments caused by third-party services.

4. Warranty Policy

Our EV chargers come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty period is clearly stated on each product page or invoice. Damage due to misuse, water, fire, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

5. Return & Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping. You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery services across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout. Shipping delays may occur due to logistics issues beyond our control.

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

All images, designs, logos, and product descriptions are the property of XStrong Power. Reproduction or reuse of content without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

XStrong Power is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from product use. Our responsibility is limited to replacing or repairing defective products as per the warranty policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of those changes.
