We at XStrong Power strive to deliver quality EV chargers to your doorstep. This policy explains when and how refunds or cancellations may be accepted for purchases made on our website.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept product returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is received in damaged or defective condition.
- The product delivered is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos or a video as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received back and inspected, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will not be issued if the returned product fails our quality check.
4. Replacement Policy
Wherever possible, we prefer to offer a replacement for damaged or defective items rather than a refund. Replacement shipping will be free of charge.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
6. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
