We currently ship our EV chargers across most cities and towns in India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you during the checkout process or after order placement.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving full payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time varies based on location:

  • Delhi/NCR: 2–4 business days
  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days

These are estimated times. Actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, or transport conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed during checkout. In some cases, we offer free shipping on select products or order values. Bulk orders may have customized shipping rates.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to check real-time shipping status.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If your order is delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address, contact number, or recipient unavailability, we may attempt re-delivery. In such cases, additional charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If your product appears damaged or tampered with, inform the courier and notify us immediately. We will assist with a replacement or resolution based on our return policy.
